With over seven years of experience as a special education teacher and credentials in both special and general education, Stephanie Spangler brings deep expertise and heart to everything she does. She also holds a master’s degree in Social Emotional Learning, a field that shapes her thoughtful, child-centered approach to care and education.
As both an educator and a mother, Stephanie understands firsthand the challenges parents face in balancing career and quality time with their children. When she became a mother, she knew she didn’t want to choose between pursuing meaningful work and staying connected to her baby throughout the day. That vision inspired the creation of a coworking childcare space—a place where parents can be productive while staying close to their little ones in a supportive, developmentally mindful environment.
Stephanie is passionate about creating spaces that nurture both children and their parents, and she’s proud to offer a solution that supports working families with compassion, flexibility, and care.

Strategy & Operations
With an extensive background in social work, education, behavior therapy, logistics, business, and technology, Christie brings a systems-oriented mindset to a deeply human mission: reimagining how working parents thrive. As a founder of The Cove, she helped create a space where families don’t have to choose between professional growth and being present for their children.
A mother of three, Christie knows firsthand the challenges parents face in trying to balance ambition and presence. Her vision for The Cove is rooted in the belief that no one—especially women and mothers—should have to choose between professional aspirations and meaningful connection with their children. She’s also a fierce advocate for inclusivity, ensuring that every voice is heard, valued, and empowered within the community The Cove serves.
